We set up the bar in your garden
When serving drinks outdoors it is important to do so in a covered area protected from the heat of the sun, dust, leaves and anything else that could fall into the drinks. We have all the necessary equipment to set up a covered area with a serving counter and back counter with sink and worktops.
We just need a faucet to which we will connect our faucet to get running water.
Assembly and disassembly takes approx. three hours in total, if the support surface is ready to position the equipment without having to make adjustments.
If desired, we can also place standing tables and bar stools near the bar area, to create an opportunity for guests to sit and put down their glasses while they chat.
In case of bad weather
If there are too many guests to move the party inside, the date cannot be changed, and the weather forecast indicates rain,
can we set up a garden pavilion, and also provide chairs, tables and other equipment that may be necessary.
We can offer pavilions and tents in different sizes and shapes, which can accommodate from 20 to hundreds of guests.
It may be necessary to set up and dismantle the equipment on days other than the event, in which case we need access to the site before and after.
